GENERAL CONDITIONS

By using the website www.matconstruct.md (hereinafter referred to as the “site”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Advertino SRL has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

PAYMENT TERMS

The payment for goods and services is to be made in advance, in Moldovan Lei, at the commercial selling rate of Euro to legal entities at Commercial Bank MAIB JSC on the day of transfer:

-for in stock products: 100% before delivery;

-for the ordered products (which are not in stock): between 30% and 70% upon placing the order and the remaining amount before delivery;

-for the provided services: within 5 banking days from the signing by the parties of the Works Execution Protocol.

DELIVERY TERMS LIVRARE

Goods are released for shipment after the full payment by the buyer. Shipment is carried out by the buyer's transport from the Seller's warehouse or by the Seller's transport, but at the Buyer's expense.

Goods from the warehouse are dispatched within 2-3 banking days from the day of payment by the Buyer.

The delivery time of ordered goods, which are not in stock at the Seller’s warehouse, depends on the volume and complexity of the order. This deadline is specified in the sales contract with prior acceptance of the Buyer.
