  • Fire Curtain System MFBH E-120

    TECNITEX MFBH E-120 is a horizontal fire curtain with a sectorized function which guarantees its integrity against direct flames or a temperature of over 1000ºC for 120 minutes, preventing spread to higher levels.

    Protection objective:

    -Preventing the propagation of flames to the higher levels.

    -Fire resistance 120 min at more than 1000ºC (Integrity).

    -Large dimensions.

    Characteristics:

    The system is made up of technical textile reference TECTEX 710-PU/IN/2, made from class E fibreglass reinforced with steel Inconel, covered with a flame retardant polyurethane compound on both sides.

    Exploded view:

    1.Housing, depending on model, made from galvanized-sheet metal.

    2.Removable supports for forming the box and holding the roller (depending on model). Front and lower openings made with rounded edges without sharp edges or corners.

    3.Roller with ogive for rolling the textile.

    4.Roller for unwinding the fabric.

    5.SMK motors according to model with technology. TGFS (Total Gravity Controlled Fail Safe Solution).

    6.Side guides with fabric retention system over its entire length.

  • HIPERTEC WALL

    Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of non-combustible & soundproof rockwool.

    HIPERTEC® WALL is ideal for the cladding of external walls, but also for partition walls and ceilings, which require high degree of fire resistance and sound insulation. The core material consists of orientated fiber high density rockwool, arranged perpen­dicularly to the plane of the panel and positioned in strips, laid longitudinally with off-set joints and transversely compacted, in such a way as to completely fill the space between the metal facings. The panel's faces are available in micro-ribbed finishing profiles.

    Fire resistance for panel thickness of 100mm – 150mm is 150min. (EL 150).EI 150).

    Panels thickness: 50mm – 150mm.

    Panels length: up to 13500mm.

  • METCOPPO

    Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of CFC & HCFC-free polyurethane rigid foam.

    METCOPPO® is ideal for covering of pitched( 15%) roofs, both in the industrial and the civil sector, offering high thermal and moisture protection. The geometric configuration of the external face simulates the shape of a classic roof tile, giving the panel a pleasant and elegant appearance. The panel's – and consequently the roof's - appearance is furthermore enhanced by the special low-gloss polyester painting of the external face.

  • GRECA G4

    The profiled polycarbonate multi-wall sheets Akralux Greca are particularly suitable for translucent roofs and canopies, rooflights in industrial and agricultural buildings. It fit perfectly with various types of sandwich panels.

    The profiled shape confers rigidity and high load bearing capability in relation to the thickness. The UV protection on the external side of the sheet maintains the excellent light diffusion practically unchanged in time. By overlapping the sheets no joint profiles are needed, allowing thus easy and fast installation.

    For roof applications a minimum slope of 4° (7%) is recommended.

    Panels thicknesses: 12mm and 16mm.

  • HIPERTEC WALL SOUND

    Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of non-combustible & soundproof rockwool.

    HIPERTEC® WALL is ideal for the cladding of external walls, but also for partition walls and ceilings, which require high degree of fire resistance and sound insulation. The core material consists of orientated fiber high density rockwool, arranged perpen­dicularly to the plane of the panel and positioned in strips, laid longitudinally with off-set joints and transversely compacted, in such a way as to completely fill the space between the metal facings. Due to the perforated (vapor permeable) internal face, the indoor temperature & humidity parameters should be taken into consideration during the design phase. The panel's external face is available in micro-ribbed finishing profile.

    Panels thickness: 50mm – 150mm.

  • MONOWALL

    Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of CFC & HCFC-free polyurethane rigid foam.

    MONOWALL® is ideal for the cladding of external walls, but also for partition walls and ceilings, offering high thermal protection. The longitudinal joint - of visible fixing screw configuration - is equipped with preinstalled sealing gasket. The panel's faces are available in staved, micro-ribbed, or diamond finishing profiles.

    Panels thickness: 30mm – 80mm.

    Panels length: up to 13500mm.

  • SUPERWALL HF

    Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of non-combustible & soundproof rockwool.

    SUPERWALL® HF is ideal for the cladding of buil­ding facades with high aesthetic requirements. The double labyrinth longitudinal joint - of hidden fixing screw configuration - guaranties increased mechanical resistance and thermal insulation. The core material consists of orientated fiber high density Rockwool, arranged perpendicularly to the plane of the panel and positioned in strips, laid longitudinally with off-set joints and transversely compacted, in such a way as to completely fill the space between the metal facings. The panels can be installed either vertically or horizontally, offering in this way various architectural options. The fixing screws are applied on the "V" shaped incision, on the external face of the male edge of the panel. For each panel, it is recom­mended to apply 2 screws - at an axial distance of 30mm - on each support. The panel's external face is available in staved or diamond finishing profile, while the internal in micro-ribbed.
