  • Fire curtain with low thermal emissivity MFB EW-60/90

    MFB EW-60/90 is a fire curtain with low thermal emissivity which, in case of fire, prevents the spread of flames, in addition to ignition of elements located at a safe distance by radiation.

    Protective purpose:

    – 120 minute fire resistance at over 1000ºC (Integrity).

    -Low emission of radiation for 60 minutes at 1000ºC ≤15 Kw/m2.

    -Large dimensions of up to 12000 x 8000mm (Width/Height).

    Characteristics:

    The system is made up of technical textile reference TECTEX 1120-IT/IN/L2, made from class E fibreglass reinforced with steel Inconel, covered with aluminium foil on both sides, acting as an element to limit thermal radiation.

    Technical diagram:

    The MFB EW-90 fire curtain is installed with the purpose of integrity and reduced radiation. This system may replace systems with thermal isolation provided that a perimeter area is respected with regard to flammable elements or exhaust channels, without the need for irrigation systems.

    MONOROOF® TPO is ideal for pre-waterproofed covering of flat and low-pitched roofs. The synthetic layer of total thickness 1.5mm, consists of a top impermeable and UV-resistant flexible polyolefin layer, reinforced with a glass mat, and is fleece­ backed with woven-non-woven polyester in order to guarantee the adhesion to the polyurethane insulation layer. A series of accessories is available for the complete waterproofing of all sensitive points of a flat roof. All joints are sealed by means of thermo­ welding.

  • Fire curtain modular MFBD E-120

    Tecnitex MFBD E-120 is a modular (overlapping) fire curtain that remains intact when exposed to a direct attack by flames or a temperature greater than 1000 ºC for 120 minutes, preventing the passage of flames from one sector to another. It is an invisible fixture, the purpose of which is to prevent the passage of flames from one sector to another, thus limiting the spread of the fire.

    Protective purpose:

    -Avoiding the spread of flames to the neighboring sector.

    -Fire resistance 120 min at more than 1000 ºC (Integrity).

    -Reducing radiation 30 min.

    Technical scheme:

    -The TECNITEX MFB E-120 fire curtain is installed for integrity, so it must be taken into account that, in the event of an advanced fire, after 30 minutes of its EW-30 classification, the elements of the adjoining sector could be affected due to the emission of thermal radiation. These systems are especially suitable for outdoor areas, or areas where there are no flammable elements close to the unexposed side

    Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of CFC & HCFC-free polyurethane rigid foam.

    MONOROOF ® AGRO is ideal for covering of farming installations. It consists of an external face of corrugated steel sheet (load bearing) and an internal flat face of glass-fiber reinforced polyester, resistant to microorganisms, bacteria and vapors and condensations filled with organic acids that are usually found in breading farms. The intermediate insulation layer of rigid polyurethane foam offers the necessary protection against temperature variations.

    HIPERTEC® ROOF este ideal pentru acoperișurile înclinate (≥7%), oferind rezistență ridicată la foc și izolare acustică. Materialul de bază include vată minerală din fribre orientate cu densitate ridicată, aranjate în mod perpendicular față de nivelul panoului și poziționate în benzi dispuse longitudinal cu îmbinări decalate și compactate transversal în așa fel încât să umple în totalitate spațiul dintre fețele de oțel. În timpul instalării trebuie asigurată la marginile panoului o protecție împotriva umezelii.

    TECNITEX MFB E-120 is a comprehensive fire curtain with a sectorised function which guarantees its integrity against direct flames or a temperature of over 1000°C for 120 minutes.

  • HIPERTEC ROOF SOUND

    Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of non-combustible & soundproof Rockwool.

    HIPERTEC® ROOF SOUND is ideal for covering of pitched (≥7%) roofs, offering optimum sound ab­sorption and good sound insulation. The core mate­rial consists of orientated fiber high density Rockwool, arranged perpendicularly to the plane of the panel and positioned in strips, laid longitudinally with off­set joints and transversely compacted, in such a way as to completely fill the space between the metal facings. During installation, protection against moisture should be provided for at the panel's eaves. Due to the perforated (vapor permeable) internal face, the indoor temperature & humidity parameters should be taken into consideration during the design phase.

  • MFB EI-180 Irrigated fire curtain

    TECNITEX MFB EI-180 is an irrigated fire curtain for control and sectorisation in case of fire. It is an automated system which has been designed to guarantee integrity, thermal insulation and non-penetration of smoke for over 180 minutes at temperatures of 1000ºC.

    Protective purpose:

    -Temperature of non-exposed side under 140ºC (Isolation).

    -180 minute fire resistance at over 1000ºC (Integrity).

  • Concertina fire curtain MFB-BLIND E-120

    The concertina fire curtain model MFB-BLIND E-120 is an invisible compartmentalising system that allows the isolation of a specific section of any given environment.

    Thanks to its configuration, it is possible to create completely open spaces since no side guides are required. Its purpose is to prevent the passage of flames from the affected area to the adjacent area in the event of a fire, thus preventing the fire from spreading.

    It is a concealed system that remains retracted in its head box until activated, which is done by generating an automatic and controlled deployment.

    Fire curtains accordion type represent a light, aesthetic and innovative solution for the design of open spaces that are free of obstacles, without losing the requirements of compartmentalisation between fire sections.

    Protection objective:

    -Fire resistance 120 min 1000ºC (Integrity).

    -No thermal insulation.

    -No low radiation emission property.

    Features:

    -The intended use of the system is to remain continuously open, and close only in the event of a fire when an activation signal is received from the control panel or any fire detection element within the building. The elegant geometry of the rib renders the panel suitable also for interesting facades’ design. The diagonally profiled joint of the panel, with inner sealing gasket, closes automatically during installation without any further steps.
